Software & purchase terms.

What you buy

A purchase grants a licence to use the selected product under the published plan, device limits and activation policy. It does not transfer ownership of the software, branding or source code. Your own business records remain yours. Products are sold separately unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

Prices and payment

Checkout shows the final amount in AUD before payment. A one-time licence has no recurring base fee. Optional subscription products renew at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Discount codes apply only to their eligible products, dates, redemption limits and stated billing duration.

Activation and devices

Use your licence only within its stated installation and business limits. Keep account credentials and activation codes private. Do not resell, publish or share them as public keys. A licence may be disabled for confirmed fraud or use outside its terms. Offline revocation takes effect when the app next checks in, or a renewable lease expires; it cannot remotely erase your local records.

Subscriptions and changes

You can cancel through your customer billing portal. Cancellation normally ends service at the end of the paid period. We will disclose material plan changes before they apply and obtain consent where required. A separate one-time licence is not converted into a subscription by buying an optional service.

Your responsibilities

Check supported platforms before purchase, keep backups, secure your devices and review financial/tax records before using them. The software does not lodge tax returns or replace professional accounting advice. Do not use the services unlawfully or try to access another customer’s account or data.

Support, remedies and liability

Support is available through our ticket form. No particular response time is promised unless agreed separately. The refund policy forms part of these terms. All non-excludable consumer guarantees and remedies remain available. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
